APPI are independent Registered Home Inspectors and Accredited Domestic Energy Assessors operating in the areas of:
APPI can provide Home Information Packs, Home Condition Reports and stand alone Energy Performance Certificates for the Domestic Residential sector in the above mentioned areas.
APPI can provide stand alone Energy Performance Certificates for the Domestic Residential Rental sector in the above mentioned areas.
APPI will shortly be able to provide Commercial Energy Certificates and Display Energy Certificates to all commercial and public buildings. We will initially be servicing an area within a 30 mile radius of Keighley, West Yorkshire for all commercial EPCs and DECs, and for suitable contracts, will extend this distance.
Unlike many Home Information Pack and Energy Performance Certificate providers, we do not attempt to cover the country. We intend to be a LOCAL service provider, in the areas and localities we know well. However, we will be establishing reciprocal relationships with other independent Commercial Energy Assessors so that you can rest assured that your every possible EPC need can be satisfied. We will provide a high quality product, at what we believe is a highly competetive price. If for any reason you are unhappy with our product or service, please talk to us, and we will endeavour to resolve any issues you may have.
