In the interests of keeping overheads low, we have teamed up with other like minded independent assessors, qualified in different, but closely associated markets, in order to present a co-ordinated product package to the architect/developer/contractor, generally relating to new build and Building Regulations compliance procedures.

SAP/PEA/OCEA


We can provide via our network of close associates, initial design SAP assessments and Predicted Energy Assessments for new build residential properties. Architects drawings/specification required.
On Construction Energy Certificates, as required by Building Control departments, can also be supplied at the appropriate time. Documented construction drawing/specification (including revisions from original architects specification) required.
Neither of the above require a site visit.
Additionally, in those occasions where the SAP calculations have already been prepared, and the developer requires the final On Construction EPC only, these can be supplied, providing the original SAP calculations are also to hand.

ECO Homes & Code for Sustainable Homes Assessment

From 1st May 2008 all new homes subject to Building Control approval require assessment and rating via the Code for Sustainable Homes. We can provide the assessment from your detailed plans/environmental statement. For more information relating to Sustainable Homes Assessment, please follow the link.

Air Tightness Testing (Air Permeability)

Again we can provide via our small network of close associates, air tightness testing and certification on residential buildings up to 450m2.
